Serving suggestions: 1-2 Teaspoons per serving

Moringa Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 banana

1 cup spinach

1 tsp moringa powder

1 cup almond milk (or water)

1 tsp honey or dates

Ice cubes

Blend & enjoy.

 Tip: Add YUMi dehydrated citrus for a fresh zing.

 

Immune-Boost Citrus Moringa Water

Ingredients:

1 litre water

2–3 dehydrated lemon or orange slices

½ tsp moringa powder

Mint leaves (optional)

Mix well and chill.

 

Moringa Energy Balls (No Bake)

Ingredients:

 1 cup oats

½ cup peanut butter or almond butter

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp moringa powder

¼ cup dried berries or raisins

1 tbsp chia seeds

Method:

Mix, roll into balls, refrigerate.

 

Moringa Pancakes (Healthy Green Pancakes)

Ingredients:

 1 cup flour or oats

1 egg

1 cup milk

1 tsp moringa powder

1 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp honey

Cook like normal pancakes.

Top with YUMi Dried Tropical Mix.
